About

Hello!
You're now a part of an elite group—the 5% of visitors who make it to this page, congratulations! :)
I'm currently a graduate student at Northwestern University (Go Cats!), pursuing my M.S. in Engineering Design Innovation (EDI) with a focus on Human-Centered Design and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
My story
I grew up in Queens, NY, as a first-gen Asian American. As a kid, I was always making things—painting, folding origami, anything hands-on. Now, I channel that same creative energy into solving problems for users!
My culture, especially language and food, has always been a big part of my identity. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me trying delicious eats in Chinatown or enjoying Matcha at Blank Street.

My goals
Currently, I'm having a great time learning and building things. I hope to launch some of my ideas before I graduate, whether that's through a startup or a passion project. Otherwise, I'll continue to tinker as I gain experience through work.
I want my ideas to have an impact, no matter how small (hopefully large and positive).
Thanks for swinging by :)

Hello!
You're now a part of the 5% of visitors who make it to this page, congratulations! :)
I'm currently a grad student at Northwestern University (Go Cats!), getting my M.Sc. in Engineering Design Innovation (EDI), with a focus on Human-Centered Design, and a minor in Entrepreneurship!
I've got all the skills of a designer, plus the mindset of a PM and strategist!
My story
I grew up in Queens, NY, as a first-gen Asian American. Communicating with my family and community often meant switching between languages—a practice that taught me how to listen closely, adapt, and translate ideas across contexts. It’s a skill I carry into my work today, whether I’m collaborating with designers, engineers, or stakeholders.
Culture is a big part of who I am. When I’m not working or studying, you’ll find me hunting for late-night bites in Chinatown or scrolling for authentic recipes to try at home.

My goals
Honestly, my goals are always shifting—from thinking about becoming a PM to starting my own company or just learning to play that one song on the guitar. But one thing’s certain: I want to be in a place that embraces learning. For me, learning doesn’t end with grad school, it’s ongoing.
Hopefully, I'll continue growing as a designer, storyteller, and leader. I would also love to improve my art and illustration skills!

My story
I grew up in Queens, NY, as a first-gen Asian American. As a child, I always loved arts and crafts, especially painting and origami, which explains why I love design today!
My culture—especially language and food—has always been a big part of my identity. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me chasing down delicious eats or my next matcha fix.

My goals
Right now, I’m focused on learning as much as I can—from academics and work to personal passions like music and art. In the next few years, I hope to lead and manage my own design team while continuing to build thoughtful, delightful products and experiences.
As a designer, my craft is grounded in product thinking, where I aim to balance user needs with business goals.
Thanks for visiting!
